6.1 Cancellation Policy

At Regal Black Limo New Orleans, we strive to provide reliable and professional luxury transportation while maintaining fair cancellation guidelines.

Standard Vehicles

(Sedans, SUVs, and similar vehicles)

Cancellation Notice: Minimum of 24 hours’ notice required.

Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges depending on scheduling and availability.

Driver En Route: If the driver is already dispatched or en route, the full fare will be charged.

No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full fare.

Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to pickup to request rescheduling, subject to availability.

Specialty Vehicles

(Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, Limousines, Mini Coaches, etc.)

Cancellation Notice: Minimum of 7 days’ notice required.

Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 7 days may incur a charge up to 100% of the booking amount.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full fare.

Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 7 days in advance to request rescheduling, subject to availability.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the applicable cancellation window. Please allow reasonable processing time.

6.2 Wait Time and Charges Policy

Domestic Flights

A 30-minute complimentary wait time is provided.

After the grace period, waiting charges may apply.

International Flights

A 45-minute complimentary wait time is provided.

After the grace period, waiting charges may apply.

Hourly Waiting Charges

For standard vehicles, waiting charges may be calculated in 15- or 30-minute increments.

For specialty vehicles (Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, Limousines), waiting charges may apply in full 1-hour increments.

Transparent Pricing

Please contact us or visit our website to view current waiting time charges for specific vehicle types.

Tracking and Documentation

Wait times may be monitored and recorded to ensure accurate billing.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a reservation with Regal Black Limo New Orleans, you agree to this Wait Time and Charges Policy.

By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content as needed to operate and promote the Service.

Regal Black Limo New Orleans is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Regal Black Limo may work with affiliates and independent drivers to provide transportation services. We are not liable for damages, accidents, or incidents during transport. Any claims should be directed to the driver’s commercial insurance policy.

All vehicles and drivers, including independent operators, are required to carry valid commercial insurance. Passengers are encouraged to verify coverage before beginning their trip.

Your safety and comfort remain our highest priority.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.
