Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Regal Black Limo website or booking services (the “Service”) operated by Regal Black Limo (“Regal Black Limo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our website and/or booking a service, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age;

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations;

  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.


2. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.


3. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.


4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information;

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;

  • Accepting responsibility for all activity under your account.


5. Payments and Bookings

  • Payments are due in full upon booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and the terms herein.


6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Notice Periods:

  • Sedans and SUVs: Minimum 24-hour notice required for cancellations.

  • Sprinter Limos, Executive Sprinters, Mini Coaches, Party Buses, Motor Coaches: Minimum 7-day notice required.

6.2 Charges:

  • Cancellations made within the required notice period may incur a cancellation charge depending on circumstances and vehicle availability.

  • Full fare will be charged if the driver is already en route and the service is canceled.

  • Full fare is charged for all no-shows (passenger fails to appear without prior notice).

6.3 Rescheduling:

  • Must be requested at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6.4 Refunds:

  • Processed according to this cancellation policy.

  • Please allow a reasonable time for processing.


7. Wait Time and Charges Policy

7.1 Complimentary Grace Periods:

  • Domestic Flights: 30 minutes

  • International Flights: 60 minutes

7.2 Wait Time Charges:

  • After the grace period, wait time is billed hourly and prorated in 15- or 30-minute increments depending on vehicle type.

  • Charges vary by vehicle—please contact us for current rates or view on our website.

7.3 Hourly Service Overages:

  • For hourly bookings, if your ride extends beyond the reserved time, additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate for the vehicle type.

7.4 Tracking and Communication:

  • Wait times are tracked and documented.

  • Drivers and customer support will communicate any applicable charges with transparency.


8. Affiliate Use and Liability Disclaimer

8.1 Use of Affiliates:

  • We may engage third-party affiliates or subcontractors to provide service.

  • These entities operate independently from Regal Black Limo.

8.2 Liability and Insurance:

  • Regal Black Limo is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring while an affiliate provides service.

  • Passengers agree that claims must be filed with the affiliate’s insurance provider.

8.3 Passenger Agreement:

  • By completing a reservation, you waive any right to hold Regal Black Limo liable for affiliate-related incidents.

  • Your sole recourse is through the affiliate’s insurance.


9. Child Car Seat Policy

  • Passengers must provide and install their own child safety seats, compliant with local laws.

  • Car seats provided by Regal Black Limo will incur an additional charge.

  • For round trips, passengers leaving car seats in the vehicle must book hourly service.

  • Drivers are not permitted to install car seats due to liability concerns.

  • We comply fully with child restraint laws in all U.S. states.


10. Maximum Occupancy Policy

  • Each vehicle has a maximum legal occupancy. Passengers may not exceed it.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Children in car seats count toward occupancy limits.

  • Drivers may refuse service if limits are exceeded.


11. No Smoking Policy

  • Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

  • Violations will result in a $250 cleaning fee and potential refusal of future service.


12. Cleaning Fee Policy

  • A $250 cleaning fee will be applied for any mess that requires professional cleaning (e.g., vomit, spills).

  • The vehicle may be taken out of service until cleaned.

  • Charges will be billed to the payment method on file.

  • An appeals process is available for disputed fees.


13. Damages Policy

  • Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or their belongings.

  • Charges will be itemized and billed for repairs.

  • Excessive damage that takes the vehicle out of service may incur additional charges for lost revenue.

  • Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


14. Lost Items Policy

  • Lost items should be reported immediately via:

  • We retain lost items for 30 days.

  • Shipping of items is available upon request at the passenger’s expense.

  • Regal Black Limo is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.


15. Pickup and Drop-Off Locations Policy

  • Pickup/drop-off access may be limited due to traffic, construction, or event restrictions.

  • Drivers will find the nearest safe and legal alternative location.

  • Regal Black Limo is not liable for delays or extra walking distances due to such restrictions.


16. Limitation of Liability

  • Use of the Service is at your own risk.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of website content.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and are enforceable in all 50 states and U.S. territories. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the service was rendered.


18. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted to our website with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
