**Driver En Route**:
– If the driver is en route to your pickup location, and you choose to cancel the service, the full fare for the reserved trip will be charged.
**No-Show Policy**:
– If a passenger fails to meet the chauffeur at the designated pickup location without prior notice, the full fare for the reserved service will be charged.
**Rescheduling**:
– If you need to reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on vehicle availability.
**Refunds**:
– Refunds for cancellations will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please allow a reasonable time for processing. 6.2. Wait Time and Charges Policy
**Domestic Flights:**
A 30-minute complimentary wait time will be provided for passengers arriving on domestic flights. If the driver is required to wait beyond this grace period, an additional hourly waiting charge will apply.
**International Flights:**
Passengers arriving on international flights will receive a 45-minute complimentary wait time. After this grace period, an hourly waiting charge will be applied.
**Hourly Waiting Charge:**
The hourly waiting charge will vary depending on the vehicle type and will be prorated in [15 or 30-minute increments] after the initial grace period. Please refer to our website or contact us for specific rates for different vehicle types.
**Advance Notice:**
Passengers will be informed of this policy at the time of booking and when confirming the reservation. Additionally, the driver will communicate the policy upon arrival at the pickup location.
**Transparent Pricing**:

**Tracking and Documentation**:
Waiting times will be accurately tracked and documented to ensure transparency and accuracy in billing.
